I Saw them Dance

Like the collision of two winds,
A confluence of mighty rivers,
Richly blending as harmony binds,
On nature's carpet lush green covers,
    I saw them dance.

It was my soul at play with yours,
On the serene field intensely fusing,
Like two great light billows
Becoming one and love oozing
Spinning and bundling and parting at will

I pondered as I watched us free
What's your secret that dazzles me so?
You're the spring time tree,
With fresh green leaves that pour
Life through the eyes of the dazed gazer

Our souls ran, they danced they played
A tranquil beauty pleasing to behold
Inside my heart I burnt and wished
Our flesh could the same bonding hold.
    I saw them dance.
