Upon setting my eyes on Kilimanjaro

Light of my world
Beacon of my existence
Luminous cumulus be your crown
Caught in the brilliance
Of the setting sun
Luminous clouds be your gown
My one and true bride
Carpet of strato-cumulus
Spread all around you
White rose confetti
My only true pride
Queen of my Africa
Beauty and magnificence
Guardian of the land
Torch bearer of the dark
Come,
Embrace me with your glory
Come,
Unite with my soul.

The Forest Tree

Unloved, untouched, unkempt.
A victim of careless contempt.
Parentless, wealthless, worthless.
A tree who pleases can curse.

Untrimmed, ungroomed, it grew
Between the rocks it wriggled through
Unweeded, unwatered, unwanted,
Its rough bark and leaves were made.

Unloved, uncared for, it now stands
For the fruit they stretch their hands
They have forgotten what the wise man knows;
In the kempt and the ugly, the same life flows.

I Saw them Dance

Like the collision of two winds,
A confluence of mighty rivers,
Richly blending as harmony binds,
On nature's carpet lush green covers,
    I saw them dance.

It was my soul at play with yours,
On the serene field intensely fusing,
Like two great light billows
Becoming one and love oozing
Spinning and bundling and parting at will

I pondered as I watched us free
What's your secret that dazzles me so?
You're the spring time tree,
With fresh green leaves that pour
Life through the eyes of the dazed gazer

Our souls ran, they danced they played
A tranquil beauty pleasing to behold
Inside my heart I burnt and wished
Our flesh could the same bonding hold.
    I saw them dance.

My Sweet Jewel

No tree loomed, no grass stood
I plodded on tired of the feud
I picked a jewel inside a soily shell
Its translucent gold made my soul swell

It beamed in the setting sun
It beamed on after the sun was gone
Its washing flashes jolted my eye
It made me blink in unending awe

The incandescent shine so glorious
Chanted incantations harmonious
So pleasant like sweet perfume
From a flower in full bloom

I lavished it like a sweet blossom
I took it and placed it in my bosom
And its rich texture golden
Melted away my darkest burden

'Your shine so pleased my heart it drew a tear
You are the sweetest my jewel dear
You are a star from the sky my jewel
You make my soul swell and my heart so well.'

— My words go deeper than this verse,
Truer than this piece. —

I miss...

I miss the stars with sparkling tail
That leap across the lonesome night
I miss the waves that without fail
Surge so high, the sea's delight
I miss the glow of sunset clouds
That assure me of another morrow
I miss the moon that pours in bouts
It's silver light soothing the marrow
I miss the orange fires that dance
In your eyes and please my sense.
       I miss you...

Cumulonimbus in the Morning

What searchest thou clouds of noon,
Blessing our morning skies so soon?
The blend of cumulus and the nimbus,
Lording the heights with no parallel.
The wind will pass and make thee mass
The southern skies like a soundly spell.
Wisps of blue and a tinge of gold,
Bids you shine royal and bold!
They know no worry, such clouds of glory
My spirits soar with them away,
As they tarry and sing their story;
Clouds that say a mighty day is on play.

The Astronaut

Spaceship wandering in empty black,
Lone Astronaut cradled below the deck,
Hoping to chance upon a swirl of suns,
A blossom of planets, a twirl of moons.
One word from you can light my sky,
And two can birth a galaxy.
To dance among your nebulas,
And gaze into your oculus,
And see the rainbows in the stars,
Is the yearning of my years.
I dream of you infinitely,
Sailing through eternity.

Great African Savante

Do you hear when I call?
When I stand atop the mountain
And reach out for the starry..
Flying away from The Fall,
Stretch my hand to you to sustain,
See through you when I am blury.
I have longing in my soul
Like two notes so far apart,
The grand canyon for your river.
Will you let the waters flow?
And fill the gulf between our heart,
And carry echoes from my quiver.
Do you hear when I call?
Great African Savante,
Celestial light shining in you.
There is Space between our soul;
Two flames on different planets.
All I need to know from you
Is; do you hear when I call?

Turquoise-blue & Brown

Turquoise-blue and brown you came
Riding on the mountain wind.
Floating Butterfly, a flame,
Dancing and my heart you bind,
Dancing like a mystique Spirit
Sent from high to be my light,
Be the anchor to my fleet
Sailing on the raging ocean.
Soulmate from another life
You came for me from tomorrow.
Take me to the Spirit Life,
And fish me out this pool of sorrow.
Flap your wings and colour me,
Daughter of the Mountain Queen.
Exotic Princess magical
From Oriental Africa!

On The Crest Olympus Mons

Gliding across the mystery
Of the Valles Marineris,
Caves of ancient history
Hidden from my iris.
Drinking the gigantic
And basking in the scenic,
Wandering in vast basins,
Searching the magnifique.
Floating deep within
The mind of a God.
Arriving at the breast
Of the titanic mountain.
Resting on the crest
of the Great Olympus Mons.

The Greatest Miracle

Upon the edge stands he Moses
He, with unblinking eye, pauses
The whispers of the mocking waves
Try to undo his faithful nerves
The dying flame of the big red ball
Paints on the see of a nation's fall
                                       He sighs...

Pharaoh's stallions do not relent
But to the Voice of God he gives intent
Up his arm he rolls his cuff
And spreads across the sea his staff
Then a stiff breeze of uncommon might
Makes his beard take to flight
                                       He smiles...

CLANG!----The nail drove deep in flesh
Delivering a batch of pain afresh
They erect the cross in haste
And lay our Savior's life to waste
They spill his blood his red, red blood
He forces a groan and leans forward
                                        And dies...

The Lord hurls forth a mighty breeze
That thrust itself between the seas
Throws them apart and bids them freeze
They swell and heave, obey and ease
So the sons of faith and her daughters
May to Canaan pass through the waters
                                          They pass...

The sea was red and very red
For on the cross our Savior bled
His blood parts so we may be free,
From sin to Salvation walk we .
Pharaoh the sin, under layers of sea

Lies buried till eternity!

Happy

The sky, sun, moon and stars
Words, chords, notes and bars
I just want to make you happy.

Purple, pink, yellow star cloud
Wisping, twisting like cigarrete smoke
Burning brightly incandesent
All I want to make you happy

My ship sailing from galaxy to galaxy
You are
My anchor my radar my compass
Look here,
I'm not trying to impress you
Just change your lens and see this scenic
View, impressing is only on the surface but I'm intrinsic
Im coming from within, love,
Im not trying to impress you
Im just trying to make you happy

You are the seed of a star
You and I form the brightest constellation
Close your eyes and look
Deep in my heart see
Misty clouds full of light and
Colour a young star is born
Blooming like a midnight flower
Its you..... you....

The light of my being
My reason, diamond ring
I will shine
To the furthest galaxy
Just to make you happy

Release.

Set the Kraken loose.
Release the lightning
from the eye of Zeus.
From the Mountain Olympus,
Let the glory come to pass.
Glory mighty like the thunder,
Moses on Mountain Sinai.
Power greater than the legends
Of Khan Genghis and Kublai.
Shake the whole forest.
Let all the birds fly.
Let them fill the happy sky,
And seal it all with kisses sweet.
Stir up the ocean
Like the rage of Poseidon.
Release the Kraken in this hour
Release the fullness of your power.

Charming Cobras

Charming cobras, charming storms
Lure the allure of the red glowing clouds
Potent, beaming, as the rain of fire foams.
Amber lightning striking from the gourds
While I’m sipping on the viral venom
Paralyse my tongue vaporise my very veins
Your eyes, red twinkle, far from the norm
Your laughter burning like sulphur rains.
Your poison lips is all I crave
Give me that kiss of death
Squeeze me to my grave,
I’ll love the creatures you birth.
We will be together on the other side.
Venom in my veins, thunder in my hands
Fangs of your seduction, lightning pride
Pour your rain of fire on my lands.
